The Process
STEP ONE - APPLICATION
Fill out a brief form so I can gather details on your business, goals, expectations and needs. If applicable, I'll schedule a 25-minute call to discuss your project and ensure we're a good fit to work together.
STEP TWO - BOOKING
If we're a good fit, I'll send over a client agreement and secure your design weekend with 25% deposit. This secures your date on my calendar and confirms your booking.
STEP THREE - PRE-WEEKEND PREP
Send me your website copy, images, and branding at least one week before your design weekend.
STEP FOUR - DESIGN WEEKEND
We kick off Friday morning with a strategy call. Your website is built over the weekend, with preview updates along the way. By Sunday evening, your website is live! You’ll also receive a short training video on how to manage your site.
STEP FIVE - POST LAUNCH SUPPORT
Enjoy 14 days of email support for any follow-up questions about your website.

Yes! To keep the process smooth and efficient, you must provide all website content (text, images, branding, etc.) at least one week before your scheduled weekend. This ensures I can focus on design and development without delays.
I build exclusively on Squarespace, Ycode and Brizy Cloud, three no-code platforms that allows for fully custom, responsive designs without the need for complex coding. This ensures a seamless editing experience for you post-launch while maintaining design flexibility.
If you’re unable to provide your content by the deadline, we’ll need to reschedule your weekend. A rescheduling fee may apply. To avoid delays, I recommend working with a copywriter or using a content guide to prepare ahead of time.
Once your website is live, you’ll receive a short training video or guide on how to manage it. I also offer optional maintenance packages if you’d like ongoing support.
If you need additional pages, let’s discuss your needs! I can customize a package or provide a quote for extra pages beyond the standard five.
Yes, each package requires a deposit of 25% to secure your design weekend. Final payment is due upon project completion.
